The Ultimate Vegan Diet For Inflammation!

The Vegan AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) Journey Has Been Sooo Worth It For Me!

I was so grateful to have discovered this Protocol / Lifestyle.

It gave me my life back, quickly reversing life-long symptoms: (debilitation joint pain, migraines, digestive/gut Issues, eye inflammation, skin rashes, exhaustion, hair falling out!)

I still haven’t received any conclusive diagnosis from traditional western doctors (after many tests — which is common)! And, while Vegan AIP has given me my life back — I still continue to explore healing with various types of alternative healers, and health practitioners, while doing my own inner work.

Within weeks of starting the Vegan AIP – 99% of my symptoms disappeared to my surprise, joy, and relief! ~ READ MY ENTIRE JOURNEY

If you are already familiar With The traditional AIP approach – you have noticed that it is very:

Animal Protein-Centric! Traditional AIP (not vegan) advocates typically discount a vegan’s ability to do AIP while remaining vegan.

We know these claims – to be ridiculous!

We all know, however – that there is a “Large Variety of Vegan Diets” out there ~ some more nutritious than others:

from fruitarians, raw food vegans, vegans who eat nutritionally dense meals to those who live on processed vegan food — vegan cheese, potatoes, pasta.

So, if you are suffering from an Auto-Immune Disease, food allergies, or Gut Health Symptoms —

You might just need “The Right” Vegan Diet!

  • One that is more nutritionally dense
  • And one that temporarily eliminates some inflammation-causing foods.

Don’t get me wrong: It is common to feel frustrated or deprived when first starting the Vegan AIP.
