PIZZA CRUSTS

Via my TIPS — I have modified all recipes (other people’s) — to be Vegan, AIP & Elimination Phase compliant. I am eternally grateful for all the AIP forerunners, vegans, and others who are recipe creators.

 

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Pistou (Alyssa Roberts)
    • Crust:   
      • One head of cauliflower, steamed
      • ¼ c. nutritional yeast
      • 1 tsp. agar agar powder
    • Drain any water from cauliflower. Put through food processor. Mix all ingredients. Form crust on baking sheet and parchment paper.
    • Bake at 400 degrees. Flip if needed. Takes 30 – 40 minutes.
    • Pistou:
      • 2 c. basil, packed
      • 2 garlic cloves
      • Splash of lemon juice
    • Process in food processor. After crust is baked – top with pistou and any veggies.
