Ready to try a delicious AIP version of Zucchini Fries? I’ll also show you some delicious sources to go with them.
RECIPE ~
Breaded Zucchini Fries:
– Preheat your oven to 400 – 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
– Slice the Zucchini’s into Fry shapes (or any shape — it doesn’t really matter) using a knife.
– Grind Plantain Chips or Cassava Chips or Crackers into Fine Crumbs. Add, Garlic, Onion Powder and Sea Salt
– Dip them into Veggie Broth (chemical, additive & nightshade-free). I use “Pacific” Mushroom Broth. You can also dip them into: Coconut Milk (Additive & Chemical-free) and then into the crumbs and then place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
– Bake for 20 – 30 minutes, until browned.
– Eat them alone or with a sauce.
