- Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Pistou (Alyssa Roberts)
- Crust:
- One head of cauliflower, steamed
- ¼ c. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. agar agar powder
- Drain any water from cauliflower. Put through food processor. Mix all ingredients. Form crust on baking sheet and parchment paper.
- Bake at 400 degrees. Flip if needed. Takes 30 – 40 minutes.
- Pistou:
- 2 c. basil, packed
- 2 garlic cloves
- Splash of lemon juice
- Process in food processor. After crust is baked – top with pistou and any veggies.
